[clas_members] CLAS Collaboration meeting and CLAS12 first experiment workshop

Dear all,

Registration of all collaboration members and other participants (even 
if remote) is urgently needed. Please don't put this off any longer and 
do it right away. It is painless and is very affordable :-) (note that 
we dropped the reception, which was deemed by some members as too 
expensive). :-(
