[clas_members] Hall B meeting

The minutes of today's Hall B meeting are now available at:

Please note that the Torus magnet cool down continues, and the magnet 
coils have nearly reached lN2 temperatures (expected by tomorrow). The 
full cool down to LHe temperatures should begin Wednesday. If things go 
well, the magnet will be superconducting by next Monday (knocking on 
wood!).
