[clas_members] CLAS12 shifts

Dear Collaborators, 

CEBAF has made progress with restoration last night but still not ready to tune beam to the Hall B. 
CLAS12 shifts are canceled until 16:00 Wednesday December 6th. 

Reminder for shift takers: read run documentaion and sign in the yellow binder in the counting room.
