[clas_members] PAC45 results

Dear all,


The results of PAC45 are listed in the attached table.

As you see, the CLAS collaboration did pretty well.

The "Electrons for Neutrinos" proposal was conditionally approved with 
C2 rating, meaning the proposal needs to come back to the PAC to address 
some question that will be detailed in the final report.

The ALERT proposal was fully approved with 55 days and A- rating. The 
PAC liked the dedicated work on all individual proposals and the 
commitment of the US and French groups to built the required detector.


The DRAD proposals was deferred.  Here the PAC wants to see first 
results from the PRAD experiment. Also the PAC has more comments in the 
final report, which will come out in a couple weeks.
