[clas_members] Solenoid Magnet and CLAS12

Dear all,

As of this morning, 11:07 (US DST) the solenoid magnet has reach 100.8% 
of its design current, equivalent to 5.035 Tesla central magnetic field. 
This is a BIG milestone that completes the CLAS12 construction project!

We have now as CLAS collaboration a complete detection system and two 
superconducting magnets, the Torus and Solenoid, meeting CLAS12 design 
specifications. This is an exciting time for the entire collaboration!
