[clas_members] Accelerator Status & Run Plan for the weekend

Dear all,

Due the challenges this week in establishing stable beams to all 4 halls 
at the requested beam current , there will be a complete return of the 
machine starting today at 8:30 until. When we come back we will come 
back at 5 pass ready for RGA production. The PDL and I will keep you 
updated with the machine status and the shift schedule.
