[clas_members] accelerator status and shifts update

Dear Collaborators, 

The lab management made the decision to extend Spring'18 run until April 16. See logbook entry https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3543888 
The replacement transformers are expected to arrive to JLab tomorrow afternoon. Preparation for their installation is ongoing. The current plan is to have them installed by the end of next week. This will be followed by machine restoration. 
For now Hall B shifts are canceled until 8:00 Monday March 19th. 
Our current shift schedule covers dates until March 23. With run being extended we need to be ready to cove shifts until April 16. More details will come soon but we certainly would need volunteers.
