[clas_members] Before you come to shift

Dear CLAS shifters,

It was pointed out at today's RC meeting that experts get called often 
for things that are written in the documentation. Please, before you 
come to shift, make sure you are familiar with basic operations of 
detectors by reading detector manuals and procedures. It is not much 
reading but will save time and efforts from you and from detector experts.
