[clas_members] Hall B meeting

Dear all,

The minutes of yesterday's Hall b meeting is now available:

Some good news: the accelerator ops team was able to steer the beam all 
the way to 5th and 5+1/2passes.  Today will be the (hopefully) final 
push to get cw beam to Hall B, C and D. Last night showed that some beam 
optics tuning still is required to get back to good profiles at all 
harps in Hall B.
