The committee comprising Veronique Ziegler and David Heddle charged with 
seeking nominations for the Software Working Group Chair have provided 
the following candidate:

Raffaella De Vita

Since there is a single candidate and this is the first time the 
position is to be filled, we are proceeding with a confirmatory yes/no vote.

All Full and Term Members, who are also opted-in members of the Software 
Working Group, are eligible to vote Yes or No.
