[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] multiple email test apologies

Dear Collaborators

Given recent issues with regards to certain members not receiving 
publication opt-in emails, largely due to overly sensitive upgraded 
Exchange email servers at host institutes, I attempted a work around 
hence the numerous "test" emails sent. I apologise for any annoyance 
caused, but I hope you now appreciate the necessity.

Based on a small sample, it seems to have worked...for the moment.
