[clas_members] Status update and Shifts

Dear Collaborators,

We're almost there but not quite yet. It is reasonable to expect beam to the halls some time on February 7 day shift.

All shifts are cancelled until Thursday February 7 8am.
Thursday Day Shift is on stand by and should be be ready to come to the counting house if called.
