[clas_members] shifts interface down

The shifts interface web page is unavailable. The time stamp of one file and a directory required for the interface was updated at 16:04 EST (21:04 GMT). It was not me and I have reported this to Computing Centre.
The interface will become available once the issue is identified and CC reply to my report. It may remain down over the weekend.
