[clas_members] Hall-B/CLAS shifts

Dear all,

Installation of the BONus12 detector for RG-F is progressing very well. We expect to be ready for bringing everything up by swing tomorrow, Tuesday, February 11. 

Shifts for today, Monday, February 10, and day shift for tomorrow are canceled. We are planning to man the counting house starting from swing on Tuesday.
