[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Internal collaboration review for PAC49 proposals

Dear CLAS Collaborators,

As we announced, if you plan to submit a proposal to PAC49 this year, I would like to remind you to submit a full proposal by today (4/19) for an internal collaboration review:

Here is the internal collaboration review schedule:

- Abstracts for all new proposals due to CLAS chair: April 5, 2021
- Full proposal due to review committee: April 19, 2021
- Response by review committee: May 2, 2021
- Final committee recommendation: May 17, 2021
- Submit to PAC: May 24, 2021
