[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Chair Election poll will close at midnight today (ET)

Dear Collaborators,

Just a friendly reminder that the CLAS chair election will close at midnight (tonight) on Thursday, June 3 (Eastern time).

The nominees are Will Brooks and Silvia Niccolai.

Full and Term Members of the Collaboration are eligible to vote in this election.

You can find the candidate statement presentations on Tuesday at:
https://indico.jlab.org/event/445/

To vote, go to the CLAS membership page   == Phonebook, Opt-in and Database == at the following address (password required)

https://clasweb.jlab.org/membership/edit.php

and click on the "GoToVote: Proceed to Voting Page" button. You should see the candidate's names and a click box next to each one. There is also a link (Additional Information) to the statements from the candidates.

To vote, select a candidate and click submit. You should receive an email confirming your vote.
