[clas_members] electrons for neutrinos paper published in Nature

I am very happy to announce that the article by M. Khachatryan et al.
"Electron-beam energy reconstruction for neutrino oscillation
measurements" has been published today in Nature (the reference is Nature
volume 599, pages565–570 (2021)).
