[clas_members] CLAS Collaboration Meeting November 9-12

Dear CLAS Collaborators,
this message is to remind you to save the dates (November 9-12) for the
upcoming CLAS Collaboration meeting. After discussing in the Coordinating
Committee, it was decided that this meeting will still be *REMOTE ONLY*,
as the Covid situation still calls for prudence. We strongly hope to be
able to go back to an in-person meeting in the spring (which will likely
be on March 1-4).
The agenda will be posted in a couple of days, same as the registration
page. There will be, notably, a special session devoted to the
high-luminosity/high-energy upgrades, a discussion on the plans for the
pass-2 data processing, as well as results from the most advanced ongoing
analyses, and the 3 WG sessions.
Please get in touch with your WG Chair if you want to present your work,
and/or with me if you think it is ready for a plenary presentation.
I'd like to devote some time also to open discussion. Please let me know
via private email if you have issues that you'd like to be discussed at a
Collaboration level.
