[clas_members] JLab access, registration, training

Dear collaborators,

Here is a reminder about the rules for JLab visits.
The registration for ALL users was deactivated when the pandemic started. Everybody must re-register and update their training. The registration form must be submitted at least 7 days before your planned visit.

This was communicated to the collaboration numerous time. Apparently, not everyone got this.

Please check your registration and training well in advance of your scheduled shifts.
