I am very pleased to announce that another CLAS paper, "Exclusive  pi-
electroproduction off the neutron in deuterium in the resonance region" by

Second Report of the Referee -- CR10790/Tian
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The authors responded to my comments and questions in an appropriate
manner. I still have a slightly different opinion regarding the
treatment of FSI. However, a scientific discussion of this should not
be conducted as part of a review process but elsewhere.

In my opinion, the authors' approach is now clearly presented. The
revised version of the paper is significantly improved compared to the
previous version in key areas and, in my assessment, is now suitable
for publication in PRC.
