[clas_members] Another CLAS12 paper in PRL

Dear Collaborators,
I am very pleased to inform you that the paper « Observation of correlations between spin and transverse momenta in back-to-back dihadron production at CLAS12 » by H. Avakian, T. B. Hayward, A. Kotzinian, et al. has been accepted for publications in PRL. It is based on the analysis of RGA data. 
Many congratulations to Timothy, Harut, the RGA team, and all of us for this great achievement!
