Dear all

There are 2 remaining shifts to be filled:

Worker Day 07:00 - 15:00 ET this coming Saturday 15 and Sunday 16.

These shifts can be remote or in-person if you are at the lab and able to go to the counting house.

Anyone keen to step up?

Regards
Bryan

Dear Collaborators.

Happy new year, happy new CLAS12 experiments!

Just to remind you we still need a few more volunteers for potential "bonus" beam time.
Many thanks to those who already signed up.
Please take a look https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/
and see if you could take some of these remaining vacant shifts.

Thanks,

-Eugene

Subject: call for volunteers
Importance: High

Dear collaborators,

As you know the official CEBAF schedule is supposed to have beam for physics starting January 17th. CLAS12 shift are assigned from this date as well.
There is a chance that usable beam may become available a few days before that, as early as January 11th . We may have an opportunity to get some "free" beam for our experiment.
Even though it is not guaranteed we should be ready to take this opportunity.
Since there are now shifts assigned for this period we are calling for volunteers, particularly locals who do not need to travel to JLab from afar. The most important is to fill expert shifts. Worker shifts can be done remotely as usual.
If you can take any number of shifts, even one, during the period January 11-17, please contact Bryan and me.
We understand it is very short notice, particularly close to the holiday break, but your help will be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

-Eugene
