[clas_members] Hall access and target changes.

Dear All,

If you need access to Hall-B in the next few days here are the opportunities to do so, while there are various target changes happening:

Today at 3pm. Target change from C to CH2. Rapid Access. This will not take very long.
Tomorrow afternoon (exact time tbd).  Target change from CH2 to Empty+He. Rapid Access. Again not a long switch.
Thursday morning, 8am or shortly after. Target change from Empty to NH3. Controlled Access. This will take a little while.
