[clas_members] PAC50 closout

Dear all,

PAC50 closeout slides are attached. Hall-B did quite well. Out of four proposals presented to the PAC two were approved with A and A- ratings - congratulations to Ashot Garparian and Ilia Larin and the whole PRAD/PrimEx collaboration. The run group addition (RG-C) by Harut Avakian and Timothy Hayward has been endorsed. The A=3 SIDIS proposal by Larry Weinstein is C2 approved.
