[clas_members] Hall B walkthrough opportunity. UPDATE

Dear Collaborators,

As was announced before we plan to conduct Hall B safety walkthrough this Thursday. As we are close to this day  now we can set the time. It will start at 16:00 in the Hall B counting house. Several people already contacted me. Those who completed their ODH and radiation training and have dosimeters are welcomed to join.
However the number of people I can take is limited. The hall will be in controlled access which limits the number of people by number of available  PSS keys. Some of the keys will be used by people working in the hall doing maintenance etc. They will have absolute priority.
Having this in mind I would be able to take 5 people at most, may be less. If we have more people than we can take we will have to limit number of people and the priority will be given to those who have shifts in June-July. There will be more opportunities in the future.

Next Thursday, June 23rd, will be maintenance day for the accelerator. This will be an opportunity to do Hall B safety walkthrough for those who had never done it and planning taking shifts. Many of you will be at JLab next week for the collaboration meeting. Let me know if you are on-site and need this training.
