[clas_members] shifts cancellation

Here is the latest update on shifts.

All shifts today and Owl and Day shifts tomorrow are canceled. Tomorrow's Swing and Thursday's Owl are on stanby.
The next update will be in the middle of the day tomorrow.

Here is an update. The target warmed up overnight and the target group is working on repairs. If things go well they hope to start cooling down sometime this afternoon.

Today's Swing and tomorrow's Owl shift are canceled. Tomorrow's Day shift is on standby.

The experiment is down for target repairs. All today’s shifts and Tomorrow’s Owl and Day shifts are canceled. Tomorrows’s Swing shift stays on standby and should be ready to come if called.
