Dear collaborators,

Many of you have not been to JLab for more than 2 years. Your badges were deactivated and training has expired.

You have to register at least seven days before your arrival at JLab.

Please check your training and update what has expired.

INFORMATION The 2022 General Access Radiological Work Permit (RWP) is now available. As a Jefferson Lab Radiation Worker, you must read and electronically sign this RWP to retain Accelerator Site access. Your site access will be revoked if you have not signed the permit by January 7, 2022. You do NOT need to be onsite to read and sign this document.

Once you are in the counting-house you should confirm that you have read and understood these documents by signing a signature list in the yellow binder.
