[clas_members] shifts and training

Dear Collaborators,

It is about two weeks left before the RGC start.
If you have not signed up for shifts yet, please do.
Important reminder about training. Check your training status, particularly radiation training, computer test and practical. With all users from all halls coming back to JLab RadCon is overbooked. Please schedule your training ASAP to make sure you complete it before your first shift. There is  a new online booking tool available: https://www.jlab.org/esh/radcon
Without this training you won't be able to get through the gate to the accelerator site.
Current run web page https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/run-web/index_rgc.html has a set of standard documents COO, ESAD, RSAD, ERG.
Everyone who will be taking shifts must read these documents. The paper copies of run documentation with a signature list will be as usual in the yellow binder in the counting room. When you arrive to the counting house before your first shift you must acknowledge that you have read and understood these documents by signing signature list in the yellow binder.
