[clas_members] Shift cancelation

Dear Collaborators,

Today right at the end of the day shit we had a major failure of the Solenoid power supply. The damages are being assessed but it is clear that the repairs will take a long time. It could be weeks or even months.

All shifts are canceled until further notice effective immediately

All magnets and detectors are turned OFF.
There will be more details in the logbook shortly.
We will update you next week when we have a better understanding.

Sorry for the bad news. Don't shoot the messenger.
