[clas_members] Hall access on Friday and safety walkthrough.

Hall B will go to restricted access tomorrow at 9 am. We will ramp down solenoid and torus. They should be at 0 A around 10 am and ready for the beacon work. The target group will replace carbon target with NH3. Once the beacon work is complete the solenoid will be ramped up in reverse polarity and target polarized. The expected time is 1 pm.

There will be Hall B safety walk through. It will start at 12 pm in the Hall B counting room.

Subject: Change of plans: Hall access postponed until Friday


Due to the delays in the Hall A setup the pass change is pushed to Friday. Hall B will remain locked up and will continue taking beam tomorrow. Our configuration is shifted accordingly, tentatively at 9 am.

The exact time when we open the hall is to be confirmed tomorrow.
