"The ODU Nuclear Physics Group  is seeking a Post-Doctoral Research
Associate in experimental nuclear/particle physics to work with Old
Dominion University's experimental nuclear physics group. The successful
applicant will be expected to take a leadership role in one of the
experimental programs led by our group at Jefferson Lab (Newport News,
VA). This includes the GlueX experiment and the K-long Facility in Hall D,
as well as experiments in Halls A, B and C. We are looking for a candidate
who will also enjoy the opportunity to supervise our undergraduate and
graduate students working on these experiments. Interested applicants
should complete an application to include: cover letter, CV, a statement
of research interests (1-2 pages) and arrange for three letters of
recommendation. Applicants should have a recent Ph.D. in nuclear, particle
or other related field of physics. Review of applications will begin
immediately and continue until a suitable candidate is found.
