[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] By-laws vote

Dear all

This vote has been voided and will be moved to the membership DB which requires a login. Once I set this up, I will email with the details.

Unfortunately someone decided that they would take advantage and run a script to register multiple votes through the previous Form (p.s. your “sleep" should have been set to something realistic and unnoticeable). 

The vote mechanism was set to be simple and instant but clearly stringent and controlling is the preferred method which is really quite sad.
