[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] RG-D shift schedule

Dear all
I have changed the experiment program on the shifts schedule to reflect the change in schedule.
Please note that I have applied a naive 48 day global shift to the listed schedule but this may be tweaked when I have more information.
Spokespersons/RG Coordinators: You should *not* take it from me that this is the definitive running order, start/end date, number of days etc. Please check those details with Patrick and Nathan before making any assumptions regarding your experiment.
