[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] CLAS12 software&computing office hours

Dear All,

As discussed in recent software meetings, we would like to start having weekly “office hours”, when ”experts” will be available to meet with collaborators and answer questions related to CLAS12 software and computing.

The first session will be next week, on Tuesday, August 1st from 9:30 am to 10:30 am EDT. I will be the “expert” and try my best to answer your questions, address issues you may be encountering or direct you to who could help you with them.

A few notes:
- the idea is to keep this meeting very informal, with no predefined agenda, and dedicate the time to discuss the topics/questions/issues you are interested in;
- we allocated one hour to start with, with the idea of adjusting the time and format based on your feedback;
- we plan to focus on CLAS12 software and computing but we will try to help with CLAS6 questions too if possible;
- if the initiative will prove to be useful, we will define a calendar for the upcoming weeks, indicating who the expert(s) will be and their areas of expertise.
