[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Shift blocks open for volunteers

Dear collaborators	

We require volunteers to fill some shift blocks which were originally assigned to an institute which has now been removed from membership.

The shifts/dates are as follows:

Worker Day 17 - 20 September 2023
Worker Owl 11 - 14 October 2023
Worker Day 15 - 18 October 2023
Worker Day 12 - 15 November 2023
Expert Owl 24 - 27 February 2024
