[clas_members] Students & Postdocs meeting, today at 12h30

Dear Collaborators and especially Students and Postdocs of the CLAS collaboration,

Today, Tuesday the 7th of November, at 12h30, will be help the usual Students & Postdocs meeting of the CLAS collaboration.

The schedule of the meeting includes:
      - a Welcoming session to all the new junior members of the collaboration.
      - a feedback session on the Software office hours.
      - an open session where any problems or concerns can be raised.
      - the election of the next Students and Postdocs representative.
The meeting is open to all the students and postdocs of the CLAS collaboration.

If you attend the collaboration meeting in person, please join us in L102 at 12h30. Lunch (Pizza !) will be provided, thanks to William Phelps.
