Hello Everyone,
:::::::::: Shift Backups ::::::::::
We'd like to resume maintaining a list of potential backups, to be contacted in extreme cases when a shift cannot be filled. Please let me know if you'd like to be on the list and for what shifts (date range, expert/worker, local/remote). If you'd like to provide a contact phone number, it will not be posted publicly.
:::::::::: Shift Reminders ::::::::::
As always, well before your first shift ...
* Please check the status of your required trainings online. The list of requirements for shift takers is in the COO linked from the RG-D run wiki below. We've had at least one recent case where a training was really taken but not registered as such in the lab's LMS system.
* It's also a good idea to confirm that your guest/visitor status is for onsite and not only remote. We've had at least one recent case where an existing, onsite registration was mistakenly overridden by a new, remote-only registration.
* Of course you can also physically check that your badge really grants you access to the lab and the counting house.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
