[clas_members] 2024 Service Work Task List

Nathan,

We have started to put together the list of calibration-related service work task lists
for 2024. These will be posted to the Service Work webpage for collaborators to choose
from to complete their yearly Statement of Service Work agreements with the CLAS
Collaboration.

For the “BEAM” tasks, I carried over a task on “beam charge/helicity calibration” and
added tasks for “beam offset code developer” (as suggested by Raffaella) and “Beam offset
calibrator”.

Let me know if you wish to include additional tasks or if you have names already assigned
for 2024, please fill them in. This list is due next week, so if you could reply by Monday,
Oct. 30, that would be good.
