[clas_members] Election of the next Students & Postdocs representative at the upcoming collaboration meeting

Dear Collaborators,

In August, Taya Chetry who was the students & postdocs representative has left the collaboration. At the moment, this position remains vacant.

The election of a new students and postdocs representative will take place during the collaboration meeting next week. Prior to the election, candidates will have a chance to present themselves during the collaboration student meeting scheduled on Tuesday the 7th at noon. The election will be opened online after the student meeting. The new elected representative will also be encouraged to appoint a small committee to help them in their mission.

If you are interested in taking on this role, or if you are aware of students or postdocs willing to do so, please contact Will Phelps (wphelps at jlab.org) or myself (pierrec at jlab.org) directly and before the start of the collaboration meeting.
