[clas_members] PAC 52 - New and Jeopardy Proposals

Dear Collaborators,

PAC 52 will be held during the week of July 8th, 2024. The deadline for the submission of proposals is May 1st, 2024 at 9am EST.

For all who are planning to submit a new proposal, here are some deadlines for internal review within the CLAS Collaboration:

- The abstracts of the proposal must be sent to the CLAS Chair (wphelps at jlab.org) and the respective Physics Working Group Chair by March 12th, 2024. This will allow us to start forming the review committees.
- The full proposal must be sent to the review committee by April 1st, 2024.
- The review committee will provide their final recommendations by April 22nd, 2024.
- Proposal submission on May 1st, 2024 (at 9am EST).

For Jeopardy proposals the abstract is not expected and there is a later deadline of April 8th, 2024.

If you are planning to submit a new proposal, we would encourage you to give a presentation about it at the upcoming CLAS meeting (March 12-15th, 2024). Given the short timeline we should note that we are not expecting final slides, but it would be nice to present something so that the collaboration is informed and interested parties may also join the effort.
