[clas_members] Update on CLAS12 RG-L run

Dear CLAS Collaboration:

At yesterday’s Hall B meeting, Larry Weinstein, the current RG-L/ALERT Run Coordinator, reported that
Hall B and CLAS12 had been down since 00:30 on Saturday due to a problem with the torus power supply.
Supported by efforts from the Magnet Group, the DC Power Group, the Detector Support Group, and
our Hall B technical team throughout the weekend and into late yesterday afternoon, the torus power
supply was repaired and beam was restored to Hall B starting just before midnight last night.

Hopefully we will have smooth operations until beam goes off on the morning of September 3.
