Yesterday beam was stopped at 8:20 for beam studies. Hall B was brought to controlled access for:
* work in the Hall between 10am and 1pm, including uRwell work: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4446922
* S1 visit (Secretary of Energy) dry run between 1pm and 2:30pm. 
Hall B was brought back to beam permit at 2:40pm

Beam recovery procedure was started around 4:30pm, with an attempt to go straight to the Faraday cup. After two consecutive drops of Beamline HV Downstream left and Downstream top, we decided to go back to the tagger and execute the full recovery procedure.

Issues with 2L03 extended the beam recovery procedure https://ace.jlab.org/dtm/incidents/16155
 - but there was no beam anyway '\_("J)_/'
Beam recovery procedure completed around 7:45pm. Target filled afterwards. 

Production resumed at 8:20pm, with 300 nA and continued relatively smoothly without major issues.
We observe high dark DC currents https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4447225 
but fortunately they do not last and they do not impair our ability to take data.

Today we are going to continue production until 11:15, at which time the preparation for the S1 Secretary of energy will commence with full Radcon survey at 11:30, magnets ramp down, detectors switched off, lights swtiched on, air handlers switched off.
The visit will end around 3pm and we will resume production after.
