[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Membership chair results

Dear collaborators

The vote for Membership Committee chair ended yesterday and I am pleased to announce that Silvia Niccolai has been elected. Congratulations Silvia! We will begin the transition immediately.

I would like to take the opportunity once again to thank Lamiaa El Fassi for also standing in this election. It is an important position and having colleagues willing to serve is much appreciated.
