[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] DPWG Chair election

Dear Collaborators and Members of the DPWG, 
  
The election for the Chair of the DPWG closed on friday and we are pleased to announce that Maria Zurek has been elected Chair. Congratulations to Maria! The transition will start  immediately. 

We would also like to thank Pierre Chatagnon and Adam Hobart for standing in this election.
