[clas_members] March CLAS Collaboration Meeting

Dear Collaborators,

The next collaboration meeting will take place Tuesday March 4th to Friday March 7th at Jefferson Lab. I have asked your working group chairs to solicit talks for the working group sessions so if you are planning to give an update please communicate with them.

In addition to the usual sessions we would like to invite all CLAS12 approved experiment spokespersons to a business meeting with the CCC and the Hall B leadership on Friday, March 7th, 2:00 - 3:00 pm to discuss how strategies for experiment scheduling (Patrick Achenbach) and strategies for software development (Stepan Stepanyan) could best serve the collaboration.

Note: Please register by February 26th, 2025 for catering purposes. If you are planning to attend in person and will not be able to register by the deadline please just let me know so we get the headcount right and we will make it work.
