[clas_members] CLAS Collaboration Meeting Information - July 8-11, 2025

Dear CLAS Collaborators,

Tomorrow at 8:50am we convene our July CLAS Collaboration meeting at Christopher Newport University. Please find the parking map attached and other relevant information below. We are permitted to park in lot C2, which is right in front of the Torggler Fine Arts Center (Building 10), which is where our meeting will take place. For those who have attended the last two summer meetings, this is the same building and room and similar parking to the last meetings at CNU. If, in the unlikely event that the parking lot is full, there is overflow parking in the parking garage (building 13), which is behind the Ferguson Center for the Arts. Those that have handicap parking or mobility issues can park in the visitor lot (Lot B). Also, as a note, this year we are not required to have the paper parking decals that we had in the past; they have agreed to have open parking in lot C2 and the parking garage during our meeting.
