[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Re: Extension of summer physics run for RG-L/ALERT

Hi all

Further to what Daniel said, I should now add the the shifts for this period were simply generated using the standard procedure. Given that the extension is relatively short (fewer shifts), this of course means some institutes will have been allocated shifts and others will not. Amongst the options, this was the easiest of the less than ideal options.

If you are an institute who has not been allocated shifts and you feel it would be beneficial for you (e.g. for training purposes) or that you would be in a position to easily cover shifts due to having individuals readily available, then please let me know. That way I can compile a stand-by list in case allocated collaborators may struggle to provide coverage due to short notice, conflicts etc.
