[clas_members] [Hallb-engineering] Start of RG-L run - still further shift cancellations

Folks,

We received word today that the start of beam delivery for the 2025 RG-L/ALERT run will have an additional delay due to
ongoing work on RF recovery of the cavities necessary to reach the required energy gradient. After discussions with
Patrick Achenbach this afternoon, we have decided to push back the start of Hall B shifts until Mar. 31 at 8 a.m..

I will update everyone if there is any additional news regarding the schedule. Please be mindful of upcoming announcements
as you plan your travel to JLab for staffing of shifts. Also be sure that your training is up-to-date so that have site access
when you arrive at JLab.
