[clas_members] ALERT Run Time

Dear all,
this week, Jefferson Lab's Director's Council decided to cut the CEBAF run time to 20 weeks for physics operation instead of the previously scheduled 25 weeks.

This means that the current ALERT run will end at latest on August 18, 2025. A firm schedule will get announced later.
