Two important notes for everyone:
1) The spring run has been truncated and will now end at 8 a.m. on Aug. 18. See the minutes for more details.

2) Travel delays and unexpected issues are likely to arise as folks make their way to JLab for shifts. I would like
to ask for volunteers who can be available on short notice to take Hall B shifts if an unexpected problem comes up.
